Seufz, ich würd so gern kommen können
War noch nie in England und wäre ne super Gelegenheit gewesen mal bei euch vorbeizuschauen.

Mensch Markus, das ist aber schade. Chris hatte auch vor zu kommen, wird Dich dann auch vermissen. Dafür ist er sowie weitere 40 oder so Corrifans aus GB mit am Ring Anfang September zur 20-Jahre Corrado Party

The Royal Air Force has one of the greatest aviation museums in the world and also one of the biggest. It provides a fascinating insight some of the key events in modern history. With no admission charge the museums offer a free fun day out to families and aircraft enthusiasts alike

TIME: Aiming to arrive for 10.30-11am

Prizes, prizes! As well as the museum, we should have an impressive display of Sciroccos at this years meet, with over 50 cars on the list! As well as the normal Rocco chit-chat I have organised an informal show and shine event for this years event, which will have 4 categories - best standard mk1 / mk2 and best modified mk1 / mk2. I will be giving out a flyer upon your arrival which will have a section to fill in and vote for your favourite cars. These will be processed in the afternoon (about 3pm) and the winners will recieve a small prize. We will also be holding a draw with the collected forms and one lucky winner will recieve a free years Subscription to the Register Very Happy

Camping
Rachel has managed to sort us out a nice little campsite near to Cosford for those that wish to stay nearby after the event. Its a friendly place from the conversations that I have had with the owners so far, so it should be a nice relaxed evening. I have booked us in for the Saturday night (a few of us on the Friday too) based on interest shown here over the last few months. If you wish to join us on either night, you need to let the site know please asap. They allow BBQs, so feel free to bring some cooking bits with you and they also allow dogs, although they are understandably concerned about owners keeping them on a tight leash and controlling any mess left by the animal. It costs £4 per person per night. Please clean up any rubbish you accumulate onsite. It is hard to find a campsite that will allow car clubs, so if we behave this year there is every chance we can repeat the event next year too Wink
