16V BREATHER HOSE I need some information on the RESTRICTOR

16V BREATHER HOSE RESTRICTOR:
Note I am looking for the missing dimensions in the second illustration. I am making my own restrictor for my replacement hose and I don't want to destroy my old OEM breather hose.
The fist picture and illustration is of an OLD aftermarket breather hose "T" section that is no longer available (cut up).
The dimensions:

The restrictor was removed and installed in my friends new replacement Scirocco 16V breather hose. We did not take any pictures or measure the plastic restrictor part before the install (We had to get it finished so he could drive it). It is working great.
I need to know what dimensions A, B and C are.

Note the restrictor looks like it floats but it should be fully seated.
