"""personally I would still like to see a Corrado in there, too, I suppose it may upset the symmetry of the current design somewhat. Then again, Doug, I'm sure you can sort something in that department """"
OK, The Corrado is in this version.
Are we all OK with this for a possible 2nd version?
I still need to make a few changes to it...............

@Dirk
Thanks for your
Now I think we can have happy MK1, MK2, and MK3 drivers.
This is the two layouts on a shirt background.
I will now finalize the design with minor changes to the type and the cars.
Then I will send the data to Dirk for production.

@ Doug:
That 2nd design is superb
That should definitely make everyone happy (well, it's made me happy, and that says something
).

Quick translation back into English again made some more sense
Alas those auto-translators like Babelfish still don't really work that well.
Quite amusing the current Bilingual thread on Vortex ...

One more gift for Dirk.

I hope my poor online translation did not say something insulting.....
This is what it is in Californian:
I will also send Dirk a movie by the name of "DON'T BLINK" for review.
It is a Scirocco movie with some type 53 Roadstar coverage and some type 53 California coverage.

@ Doug:
>This is what it is in Californian:
It's only when I re-translated Deckung as coverage (that sudden "the penny frops"-moment
), that it made sense again
Keep 'm coming to amuse the masses (well, at least 2 of us so far
) is what I say
@ Dirk:

You signature-junkie
Tempted myself actually

Hi Doug,
Just seen this thread as Eric aka Tempest has linked it on our forum.
Thought it would be rude not to say how impressed I am with the T shirt design - ie adding the Corrado.
And not forgetting many thanks to Dirk and all on the Scirocco Forum for allowing it
Looking forward to our next visit to Germany and meeting you there

Thanks Dirk,
That was a quick reply.
But now I have a question. When I previewed my post it did not show my signature block, so I wrote it at the bottom of my post. Now I have posted it the signature block has appeared.

@ Chris:
>PS Now I must try to learn the words to the "Scirocco Song"
You were planning on staying at my place for Inters, weren't you? You, Jim, and Steve will then get a chance to practise in a pub in Coventry, whilst I wave the baton
Steve will no doubt take the mickey again about me mentioning VoIP
BTW: Can then take my C apart, bumper and slam panel need to come off, so I can change the airco condenser
Might have already found one at a reasonable cost, too (not paying VW's horrendous 400-something Euros
)
@ Dirk:
>Corrado-comrades
Commies? Us? Nononono, couldn't afford a Corrado otherwise
@ sublime:
Correct, as Dirk said, this is a "top-secret" thread, not spotted yet by the masses "on the other side"
@ Dirk:
Start warming up that iron of yours (or is it Tina's?)
