Still reading up on the topic, as some like Kev Haywire and Zoran seem to like them.

Decisions, decisions :hihi:

The C's doing fine. Well, you saw it in Hohenroda, all healthy, nice and shiny again. Thoroughly enjoyed the trip back to the UK again, as that leg of the journey was still missing

I guess it will be the only car (except for the van) you're using untill it gets nice and warm again?

Erm nope, even the C is coming off the road during the usually salty winters here :-) So, it'll be a long darg through the window months, serious withdrawal symptoms looming on the horizon :erschrecken:

Booooooo !

It is good that the Karmanns are safe but bad that they can't play. Do you run the cars and change the oil in the winter?

My oh my, what crap have I typed there? Window instead of winter ... must have been on the phone to some customer again whilst my brain was trying to be in Sciroccoheaven whilst trying to sort out customer with PC problems

Anyway:

Well, I'd agree, if we had Cali-style weather here, instead of the rain (well, didn't have much of that recently, had enough during June and July, though), the salt and large humidity/temperature swings that mark the British isles :-(

I don't actually run the cars' engines during the winter at all, to avoid nasty acidy condensation build-up in the exhaust system leading to premature corrosion. An oily rag goes into the tailpipe instead :-)

I'd love to have a properly heated room for my 3 toys during the winter, heck, how about an indoor track? OK, I'll dream on
